We offer tailored services including maintenance and repairs — both remotely and on-site. You determine the scope:
- on demand for a one-time problem resolution.
- with a maintenance contract for regular inspections and servicing for your desired duration, for a fixed budget.
When purchasing a pointSEM, a basic training for the software and application is always included. However, it can also be repeated later, e.g., for new users or as a refresher. We offer the training sessions in German or English.
In additional application trainings, we provide you with advanced knowledge and the handling of various microscopic applications, tailored to your experience, your questions, and all hardware and software products you use.
